Production process
FIRST PROCESS
The first process includes using commercially grown ingredients under thorough sanitary supervision to make skewers one by one. Shapes and dimension needs can be met.
CHARCOAL GRILLING
Ingredients that have gone through the first process are flavoured with our unique seasoning and each skewer is charcoal grilled with great care. Using the near and far infrared properties of charcoal, we capture the "taste" through high temperature grilling (heat of the high flame), manufacturing a uniquely juicy product.
FREEZING
IQF (Individual Quick Freezer) allows us to freeze products in a very short time, in turn enabling us to preserve food and prevent against the break up of the food cells by as much as possible. Thanks to this technique, you can enjoy delicious frozen and reheated foods.
INSPECTION
Each lot is inspected (external institution), only products that meet the inspector's approval are shipped. This ensures your peace of mind and safety.
